Return Policy

Exchange and Return Policy:

Exchange and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers and include all the products we offer on our store.

All products displayed on our store are eligible for exchange and return according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Return or exchange is possible if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in the original packaging.

Return within three (3) days and exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please contact us through the contact us page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

Please take a photo of the product and send it along with specifying the city, address, and order number to be replaced with another product in case the product is spoiled or has a specific defect, or is not usable according to the agreed upon terms.

The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.

We are not responsible for any expectations of product use by the customer that are not mentioned on the product page on our website.

A deduction of 30 percent or a value of no less than 25 dirhams is made if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or any mentioned problem.
